Open positions
Barista (part-time, experienced)
As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in shaping the atmosphere of our coffee bars. Alongside preparing high-quality coffee beverages with confidence, you provide attentive and engaging customer service.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks on a traditional espresso machine
- Brew filter coffee using various methods at the brew bar (Kalita, AeroPress, etc.)
- Provide detailed advice on our coffees and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in line with quality and hygiene standards
- Prepare food and house-made cold beverages
- Handle the cash register and daily closing
Your profile
- Service-oriented and communicative: you are open and attentive towards guests
- Curious and eager to learn: ideally, you already have experience in specialty coffee and want to deepen your knowledge
- Team player: you enjoy working with others and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, independent, punctual, and responsible
