HOUSE BLEND

Our House Blend is our vision of a modern espresso blend: rich chocolate, sweet berries, and an elegant acidity.

It’s an espresso that works beautifully with milk and makes added sugar unnecessary thanks to its natural sweetness.

The body and sweet chocolate notes come from a natural-processed Brazilian coffee, while the berry-like and floral characteristics are contributed by a natural Ethiopian coffee.

BRAZIL SALITRE FARM

Salitre Farm is located in the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil at elevations between 1,120 and 1,236 meters and is run by Gabriel Alves Nunes in partnership with the Siqueira family. The farm was established through the collaboration of two traditional coffee-growing families, both of whom have been producing high-quality coffee in Minas Gerais for generations.

Gabriel represents the second generation of his family, whose company, Nunes Coffee, is internationally recognized for quality, innovation, and sustainability. The farm takes its name from its elevated location and the Mangabeiras River that flows through the land, and stands for modern agriculture in harmony with the environment and local communities.

ETHIOPIA SENKOLE WASHING STATION

This coffee comes from the Senkole washing station in West Guji, located just 2 km from the town of Haro Wachu. The soil in this region consists of sandy loam, providing excellent drainage and highly fertile conditions for coffee cultivation.

In Ethiopia, coffee is typically grown on very small plots by farmers who also cultivate other crops. Most smallholders deliver their cherries to a nearby washing station, where the coffee is sorted, weighed, and purchased.

The coffee is then further processed at the station – typically as washed or natural – and dried on raised beds.
